Apply 1-3 drops of Dream Little One oil to a diffuser or tissue and allow the essential oils to diffuse into the air. Ensure that they are out of reach of small children and babies. Do not ingest or apply directly to the skin. As they are pure essential oils the aroma can be quite strong so start with a small amount and allow time to diffuse.

For adults add a few drops to a running bath and allow the warm water to diffuse the oils as you relax. For babies and children, you can mix with a carrier oil and apply a small amount to their bath.

The aroma provides comfort and reassurance making them perfect for travelling and maintaining routines for babies and children. The familiar smell from home goes with them.

Organic Ylang Ylang: This is one of the best oils to create a sense of balance, quieting and relaxing body and mind, slowing down, throwing off the stresses and strains of the day and creating a sense of inner bliss.
Vetiver: Vetiver is known as the ‘Oil of Tranquility’ one of the most soothing and relaxing essential oils, quieting anxious moments in times of stress. It is a perfect accompaniment to Ylang Ylang working in harmony to create that sense of inner calm that ensures that you awake refreshed and energized in the morning.
Roman Chamomile: A deeply soothing and relaxing oil, complements lavender to soothe away the aches and pains, stresses and strains of the day bringing a sense of inner calm.
High Altitude Lavender:  Well known for its relaxing properties. Our high altitude lavender contains a higher level of Linalyl Acetate or Linalool which creates that serene peace within.
Sweet Marjoram: A relaxing, warming and comforting oil for body and mind, perfect for bedtime.
Frankincense: Provides a comforting citrus hug surrounding your infant in a shawl of cosy, love and security. 
Mandarin: Delicately scented, this oil is well known for its relaxing properties in promoting a sense of inner calm.
Himalayan Cedarwood: Characteristically warming and comforting woody aroma, supports in times of stress and anxiety to create a sense of inner calm and quiet confidence.

Storage

Store the glass bottle upright, in a cool dark place away from bright sunlight.

Essential oils are flammable and may also corrode polished surfaces, rubber and plastic. Wipe away any drops.
